Introduction

The Association of Personalised Registration Traders was established in 2008, to promote fair trade in the cherished numbers industry.

The Rules were agreed upon by those who attended the inaugural meeting of the Association and may be subject to revisions and modifications, from time to time, to reflect customer expectations and changes within the industry.

A condition of membership is the full acceptance and agreement to abide by the most recent Rules.

The objectives of the Association are, (i) to build a constructive working relationship with DVLA, (ii) to promote fairness in commercial advertising/marketing/administration (iii) to offer consumers confidence, guidance and a fair deal.

Membership of the Association of Personalised Registration Traders is a seal of approval that allows motorists to buy their personalised number plates in confidence.
